The Sunday Reset Checklist
A Sunday Reset is a 60–90 minute routine that closes out the past week and sets you up for a calmer, more intentional one ahead. Use this checklist as-is — or let Dailystriver run it for you on autopilot.
Reset your space
- Clear the kitchen counters and run the dishwasher
- Do one load of laundry — wash, dry, fold, put away
- Reset the entryway: shoes, keys, mail
- Wipe down bathroom surfaces and refill anything low
- Take out trash and recycling
Reset your week
- Skim next week's calendar — note anything that needs prep
- Pick your top 3 priorities for the week
- Plan meals (or order groceries) for the next 5 days
- Lay out workout clothes or pack a gym bag
- Clear your inbox to under 20 items
Reset yourself
- Move for 20 minutes — walk, stretch, yoga, anything
- Take a long shower and wind down screens an hour early
- Journal three wins from last week
- Set one intention for the week ahead
- Get to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual
